Groups travelling by train

Would you like to set off for a trip, do you need to transport conference participants, or would you like to rent the whole wagon for your birthday party or a company meet-up? We are prepared to rent the whole wagon out for a conference or meeting during the journey, and even for a social event or a dance party on board. Nothing poses a problem, we are able to go an extra mile and prepared tailor-made service just for you. We also have solutions for cheap and safe travel when it comes to school trips or groups of senior citizens. If the group of passengers has over 25 members, the train can stop not only at usual RegioJet stops, but also at one of over 90 stops (see list below) on the Prague - Pardubice - Olomouc - Ostrava - Žilina – Košice and Prague - Brno - Břeclav - Bratislava routes. The special stop has to be ordered min. 3 days before planned departure.

Service for companies, schools, groups, senior citizens

Are you going to a conference, organizing company teambuilding, or preparing a company party? You do not have to go by car. Go by train instead, and work on the team spirit already on the go. Catering, including beverages, will be available on request, but you can also bring your own. Our job is to transport you from point A to point B, and what you will do during the journey is absolutely up to you (well, considering the safety and comfort of passengers in other cars). There is a steward/stewardess available in each wagon. The price of tickets includes unlimited amount of the ILLY coffee ILLY (espresso, cappuccino, latté), and the prices of other refreshments are really favourable.

We understand that you (and also your school) are responsible for them during the time you have to look after them, and therefore RegioJet is the ideal company for securing your safe trip.

Similarly to offers for companies and school groups, we are ready to make an offer for groups of adults and senior citizens. At RegioJet branches, we are happy to arrange accommodation for groups in 4-star hotels in Prague with prices starting at CZK 600 per person for one night in double/twin-bed rooms, incl. breakfast. Prices depend on the season of the year and current availability.

Order

The order of a train ticket for a big group or the whole wagon/car should be made by sending an e-mail to skupiny@regiojet.cz. To finalize it successfully, it needs to be stated if the journey is one-way or return, and you also have to note the date, time, number of people, required class (Standard, Relax, Business), and first name, surname, contact e-mail, and phone of the ordering party. Send an e-mail with all the above information, and we will contact you as soon as possible.

Additional information

  • The payment has to be made according to the validity of the booking (always in advance), otherwise the booking automatically ceases
  • Possibility of issuing an invoice (for group over 80 people)
  • Bank transfer or deposit onto the account
  • Cash payment at our point of sales

Order the journey in advance, please, by sending an e-mail to skupiny@regiojet.cz. Based on the order, RegioJet will offer you the most favourable price and will book the actual seats. We will confirm the booking, and we will tell you numbers of seats, wagons/cars, and the actual timetable.

The minimum covered distance has to be 150 km with min. one stop (first, final) that has to be serviced by RegioJet regularly - so that we could limit the number of extraordinary stops to one, and could guarantee the possible delay.
