Our fleet

Czech, Moravian, and Silesian roads and rails are frequented by hundreds of yellow buses and trains that transport thousands of passengers on domestic and international routes each and every day. Are you interested in what buses, cars and wagons form the basis of our fleet? And what kind of comfort the RegioJet buses and trains can provide you during the journey?

Luxury yellow buses

The fleet in yellow corporate colour comprises Spanish buses of the Irizar brand on Scania or Volvo undercarriages. Most of them are equipped with luxury FUN & RELAX features and fittings. The fleet changes partially every year, and new buses in the FUN & RELAX style are added to it.

The spring of 2016 will see 45 buses of the newest Irizar i8 model line added to the yellow fleet. Clients will enjoy new, luxurious and modern design that catches everyone's eye due to bold and sharper lines in comparison with previous models. Comfort of the highest standard is what clients can enjoy inside. Comfortable seats are fully adjustable, and there is a display with a multimedia entertainment system offering films, series, and online games built into each of them. Access to the Internet is available for free in the new buses as well. An efficient air-conditioning system and LED lighting come as a matter of course.

Comfort and safety of our buses is our priority, and therefore we regularly invest into refreshing the fleet. We will launch the new Irizar i8 busses generation on Volvo or Scania carriages as the very first bus service operator in Europe.

Older buses are offered for rent, e.g. for group package tours, and they are also available for purchase. More detailed information is available here.

Modern and comfortable yellow trains

The fleet of RegioJet railway wagons currently consists of 96 modern, air-conditioned cars and wagons with the construction speed of up to 200 kmph. The core of the RegioJet trains fleet is formed by wagons from Austrian and Swiss federal railway administrations. RegioJet also had brand new ultramodern RegioJet – ASTRA, Bpmz 20-90 type wagons made – they were ordered from the ASTRA Vagoane Călători company of Romania.

Trains in the Czech Republic are currently usually organized in nine train sets, and each set contains cars in the Standard tariff class, and also in the Relax and Business tariff classes. You will find seat set into a landscape section (Relax tariff class) that resembles air transport or ICE fast strain by its design, and also four-seat compartment (Business tariff class). Our priority is to have an Astra - Quiet Zone wagon as well as wagons with compartments for children and quiet compartments in each train set.

Trains in the Czech Republic are headed by Škoda locomotives that were manufactured in the early 1990s as the last engines of the successful 163 series. They were operated and appreciated also by Ferovia Nord Milano, the Italian carrier, in trains for passenger transport in the north of Italy. Now, after a necessary overhaul, increasing the max. speed, and adding modern safety and reliability features, they are used in RegioJet trains. Passengers on the Bratislava - Žilina - Košice route can enjoy 3 brand new Vectron locomotives by Siemens.

Your seats are equipped with a 230V socket, and you also have a little table for small stuff right in front of you or on your side at your disposal. All wagons/cars can be see in our virtual tour or gallery.
