How to book RegioJet Pay?

  • When making an online booking, log in uder your RegioJet Pay using its number and your password (chosen during the registration). Then continue with the booking, and the price will be automatically withdrawn from the credit after the confirmation. If the level of credit is not sufficient, you will be reminded to make a deposit.
  • If you want to book a ticket via sms, follow the following instructions.

  • Can I book a ticket in various tariffs?

    Yes, you can choose a different tariff for each passenger according to his discount entitlement.

  • What should I do if the ticket price is higher than the current credit level?

    If the credit is not high enough to cover the price, the ticket is only booked. You can pay for it in the following step by an online payment method. Alternatively, you can deposit money (for making the payment) on your account either online by payment card, or by bank transfer (which may take up to 3 business days), or you can make a deposit directly at the point of sale. However, always check how long the booking remains valid, and choose the payment method that suits the time of expiration.

  • I have lost my Credit ticket. What should I do?

    If you have a suspicion that you have lost your Credit ticket, contact our infoline at +420 222 222 221. We will pair your Credit ticket with your client number, and nobody will be able to misuse your ticket.

  • Help! I forgot the password!

    Password renewal can be done easily via the Internet. You just need to know the Credit ticket number and the e-mail address that was used during the registration. We will send you a message with a link to the page for password renewal to the e-mail address. The password can be changed only by the person with an access to the e-mail from which the Credit ticket was registered.

  • Can the Credit ticket be left without a credit?

    The Credit ticket is valid as soon as the first deposit or ticket purchase is made. This means that just one deposit or ticket purchase is enough for the Credit ticket validation. If a deposit or a ticket purchase is not made within two months after registration, your account will be automatically deleted.

  • Can I withdraw the credit balance?

    Yes, you can. If you made the deposit by payment card, the money can be returned only to the account that was used for the transaction. The balance of the deposit made by bank transfer on in cash at the point of sale can be collected only in cash at the point of sale. It can be done only by the registered Credit ticket owner after presenting a proof of identity.

  • Where can I find the summary of my journeys?

    If you need receipts/documentation of separate journeys, you can print them out in the online booking system (in the Bookings list tab).
